    Frequently asked questions

    GENERAL
    Q. What time does the show open?
    A. Gates are open to the public from 12 noon Saturday and 9am Sunday
     
    Q. Will there be a cashpoint on site?
    A. Yes, the marshals will direct you to the cashpoint. The cashpoint will shut at 9pm Saturday
    and open again at 9am Sunday.
     
    Q. Are credit cards accepted on the gate?
    A. There is a credit card facility on the gate
     
    Q. Is the event suitable for children?
    A. Saturday and Sunday will be a family show. However, the Saturday night entertainment
    will be of an adult nature. Parental guidance advised.


    TICKETS
    Q. How can I buy a ticket?
    A. Advance tickets are now closed. You can purchase them on the day for £15. Under 14s
    free, accompanied by an adult. Camping Free. Information hotline on 01225 732262.

     *Please note that tickets are not refundable under any circumstance


    PARKING
    Q. Is there car parking available?
    A. Yes, there is a public car park available free of charge
     
    Q. Is there disabled parking?
    A. Yes, there is an area dedicated for disabled parking, marshals will direct you accordingly
     
    Q. Can I park my car infield rather than in the public car park?
    A. There is overnight camping at FastFest within the in-field.  Clubs will be using this area
    as well as choosing their best club cars to make a special display within the showground. 
    You can also display your car in the FastFest Fast & Proud paddock by sending us a
    picture and brief spec of your car. » Find ot more here


    ANIMALS

    Q. Can I bring my pet?
    A. No animals of any kind are allowed onto the site


    CAMPING

    Q. Can we camp the night before?
    A: There is camping on site at Santa Pod which is free of charge.
    Arrive from 12 noon Saturday

    Q. What time are we allowed access onto the site?
    A. Traders and club members have access onto the site from 12 noon Saturday and 7am
    Sunday providing you have a vehicle pass clearly displayed in your windscreen

     
    DISPLAYING YOUR CAR
    Q. I’m not a member of a club, but really want to display my car — is that possible?
    A. Yes, it may be possible for you to display your car in the FastFest Fast & Proud
    paddock by sending us a picture and brief spec of your car. » Find ot more here

    Q. Can I take passengers on the strip with me?
    A. No
     
    Q. Are there any track rules or regulations that I need to be aware of?

    Q. Do I need a licence to take my car on the strip?
    A. Yes, you will be required to show your full UK (or other EU state) driving licence (both parts
    if you have a photo card licence)

     
    Q. My licence is away at the DVLA/Police, can I bring a photocopy?
    A. No, a full original driving licence needs to be seen when signing in
     
    Q. Is it possible to purchase the 1/4-mile strip tickets in advance?
    A. No, only on the day
